When it comes to purchasing a property and applying for a mortgage, it’s always exciting, yet worrying. The stress is worse when you are trying to purchase an investment property because you don’t know whether it’s a good location, decent price, great ROI etc…and the stress always comes first, before the excitement. When I first approached Prosperity Mortgage Partners I came with stress as I wasn’t sure where to invest considering how volatile the market had been in certain areas.
